  • 1 beaten egg.

Elaboration:

To make this recipe for veal liver and vegetable patties, we start by seasoning the veal liver and cook it on the grill over high heat until golden on both sides, remove and reserve.

Meanwhile, we sauté the sliced ​​mushrooms.
