Ingredients:
For 6 people:
- 250 g of Mascarpone cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 ml of cream
- 1 package of soletillas
- 200 of pineapple in syrup
- 250 g of strawberries
- 3 kiwis
- 1 glass of almond liqueur
- Salt
Elaboration:
To prepare a fruit tiramisu, first, we mix the cheese with the
sugar until we get a homogeneous mixture. Afterward, we add the whipped
cream with enveloping movements so as not to lower the air trapped in the
cream.
Next, we add the whites mounted to the point of snow with a pinch of salt and
mix it with a spatula with enveloping movements.
Soak the soletillas with syrup and the liquor; We wash
and chop the fruit. In a deep dish, we alternate layers of soletillas, fruit, and cream cheese until finishing with a layer of fruit.
We let it cool in the fridge and we consume the best fruit
tiramisu the next day.
We
serve the tiramisu in portions and decorate with fruit on top and some mint
leaves.
