Ingredients:

  • 3 kg. of ham.
  • Garnish vegetables.
  • Brine.
  • 200 ml. of white wine.
  • Rosemary.
  • Soy sauce.
  • Honey. 

Elaboration:

Roast the ham in the oven at 200º C. for 2 hours with the wine.
Constantly wet the skin with the brine.

Add the vegetables and lower the oven temperature to 180º C. for 1 hour. In the absence of 20 minutes,
paint constantly with the soy sauce. Add sprinkled rosemary.
