Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. hake.
  • 250 gr. salmon.
  • 80 gr of chives.
  • 40 gr. fennel.
  • 250 gr. of prawns.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 100 ml. cream.
  • 300 ml. of water, fried tomato.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • EVOO.
  • Pepper sauce

Elaboration:

Cook the fish and fry the vegetables adding the prawns and tomato.
Add the fish and the rest of the ingredients. Place in a water bath at 170º C. for 50 minutes.

Serve with the pepper sauce.
