Ingredients:
- 500 gr. hake.
- 250 gr. salmon.
- 80 gr of chives.
- 40 gr. fennel.
- 250 gr. of prawns.
- 3 eggs.
- 100 ml. cream.
- 300 ml. of water, fried tomato.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- EVOO.
- Pepper sauce
Elaboration:
Cook the fish and fry the vegetables adding the prawns and
tomato.
Add the fish and the rest of the ingredients. Place in a water bath at
170º C. for 50 minutes.
Serve with the pepper sauce.
