Ingredients:

For 4 people:

  • 200 g of minced lamb meat (leg)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • 8 mini burger bread
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Caramelized onion
  • French fries
  • Ketchup

Elaboration:

To prepare these mini lamb burgers with seed bread, first, we chop the garlic clove, add it to the lamb meat and mix it together with the egg yolk and the pinch of cumin in a bowl. Add chopped parsley to taste, salt, and pepper. Mix and reserve in the fridge.

We make small balls of lamb meat and pat them into hamburgers, we mark them in a pan with the help of a teaspoon of olive oil, on both sides, until the inside is done. We place a piece of cheese on each hamburger so that it melts with the heat.

We place the hamburgers between the toasted buns together with the rolled tomatoes, the lettuce, and the caramelized onion.

We serve the mini lamb burgers on a seed bun with ketchup and fries. To make the potatoes thin, we grate them peeled on the fine part of a grater, immerse them in ice water, strain them and rinse to remove excess starch. This will cause the potato to toast before it gets to cook, making it crisp. Once drained, fry in small batches on a large frying pan with hot oil.
